I had a sweet tooth recently, and they were handing out samples of Biena snacks at my local grocery store.
The good news is they have a great flavor, weren’t too dry tasting, less sugar than honey roasted peanuts, 6 grams of fiber, and less than 120 calories. They had at least two other flavors to try, but I chose the honey roasted.
The bad news is it has 20 grams of carbs, and portion control can be a problem if you aren’t careful.You would need to measure a 1/4 cup out to stay in the one serving range.
Overall, I would by them again for $3.99 if I had a long road trip or flight, but not to eat everyday because it is high in carbs. Also, because I didn’t feel full, and can find better sources for a 120 calories.
